Man named in fatal street attack
A man who died after being assaulted during an incident in Greater Manchester has been named.

Steven Bostock suffered severe head injuries in the attack in Grove Street, in Halliwell, Bolton, on Friday night.

The 32-year-old was taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital where he died a short time later.

A 41-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. Police are appealing for anyone who saw the attack just before 1900 GMT to come forward.
